TABLE verbs
     

Those verbs that are different when used at a table.
BOUNCE   You bounce up and down in your seat.  Where's my food?!?
Wexna bounces up and down in her chair, doing a perfect imitation of a child impatiently waiting for her food.
BOUNCE (when under a table) Bracing your back against the table, you bounce up and down, giving the table a good shake.
You hear something shuffling beneath the table.  Suddenly, the table begins to bounce wildly, upsetting all the items stacked upon it!  Earthquake!!!
CLEAN TABLE A busboy appears at your bidding and gathers up debris from your table.
Drevis catches the eye of a passing busboy, who gathers up debris left at your table.
DANCE

 

 You climb up on the table and do a wild, stomping, flailing, twirling, kicking, whirling, gyrating dance!  Once out of breath, you hop off the table and collapse in a chair.

FALL (when seated) You lean back a little too far in your chair and fall over backwards.

HIDE   You crawl underneath the table and hide.

You can invite people to your table.
JUMP

LEAP		   Your chair flies back behind you as you leap to your feet! Now, what was it you were getting up to do?
Wexna's chair flies back as she leaps to her feet!
KNOCK TABLE You cross your fingers and knock on the wooden table three times for luck.
Khajana crosses her fingers and knocks on the wooden table three times.  Doesn't she know that's bad luck?
LAY (when seated) You get out of your chair
     And lie down on the floor.
     Everyone stares,
     And you wonder what for!
Khajana gets out of her chair and lies down on the floor.  Goon!
LAY (when standing) You find a clear spot on the floor and lie down.  Nap time already?

LEAN BACK You lean back in your chair, balancing yourself on two legs for a few moments, then set the chair back down on all four legs.

PRAY   You mumble a quick prayer of blessing for your meal.

PUSH   You push yourself back from the wooden table and pat your belly.

ROLL LAUGH
 (when seated)		 You laugh so hard that you fall off your chair!
 Wexna falls out of her chair and rolls around on the floor laughing!

SIT   You pull out a chair and seat yourself at the table.

TILT TABLE You lift one end of the table, causing everything upon it to slide precariously to the other side!
 Wexna lifts one end of the table, causing everything upon it to slide precariously to the other side!  Wexna sets the table level before any of the items meet disaster.
