HISS {self} You inhale sharply, hissing through your teeth.

If you recently tried to join someone but their group was closed, they have a thirty second window in which they can hold you even if your own group is closed.

Likewise, if someone recently tried to
HOLD you but your group was closed, you have a thirty second window in which you can join them -- even if their group is closed.

HOLD {dead person} You reach down and tenderly cradle Jadelene's lifeless hand in yours.
Wexna reaches down and tenderly cradles your lifeless hand in hers.
HOLD {object} (not held) You clench your fists involuntarily as you gaze at {object}, wishing it could be yours.
Wexna clenches her fists and gazes at {object} longingly.
HOLD {creature} You consider holding hands with {creature}. Surely your prospects can't be that dim?

Officers:
Allows officers to create, submit and post their own NEWS items via in-game commands.  The request for a news item must be two weeks in advance to the time it is expected to be posted. (not to be confused with two weeks prior to the event).  Once approved the news item will expire after 30 days.
